Rental Apartments
Paul Wilkinson Place (Avenue U South), Oskikamik (Avenue T South), and our newest on 522 Avenue J South.
Our goal is to provide safe, affordable and quality rental suites. We operate the buildings under a family friendly initiative which provides tenants with opportunities to connect with one another and the community.
Paul Wilkinson Place & Oskikamik offer common garden space. Paul Wilkinson Place includes a common space that provides tenants with access to computers, and has a privately operated daycare on site.
1 & 2 bedroom units are available ranging from $460 to $600 per month.

Rental Homes
Quint owns and manages 4 houses. They range from 2 to 5 bedroom homes and are available from $850.00 to $1025.00 per month -
Condominium Rentals
Quint owns and manages 8 condo suites within Pleasant Hill Village. The suites are brand new, energy efficient and located across the street from St. Mary Community School. The condos are the first phase of a larger revitalization plan that will see a new school being constructed with a wellness centre and new park space. 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom with den, and 2 bedroom with finished basement units are available from $900.00 to $950.00 per month

Pleasant Hill Place (PHP) is a home for women who have children that have been placed in care with the Ministry of Social Services, or women who may be at risk of having their children placed in such care. They could be homeless or on the verge of homelessness and in need of a variety of supports to help create a path toward independent living, positive parenting and self-reliance.
Pleasant Hill Place is staffed 24 hours a day with qualified women who will offer or connect residents with programming in areas of healthy lifestyles and relationship building, positive parenting, life skill building, addictions, education assessment and career counseling and recreation. During their stay, staff will assist residents in developing personal case plans that are tailored to meet goals using a holistic approach, and develop a plan for once the resident leaves PHP.
Young Men’s Home—Youth Lodge
The Young Men’s Home is a 10-bedroom transitional residence for homeless male youth 16-22 years old. The objective is to connect at-risk youth to safe, stable housing while supporting them in meeting their goals towards education, training and employment opportunities, and other means to independence…
Neighbourhood Home Ownership Program (NHOP)
The The NHOP has enabled low-income families to achieve affordable and stable homeownership within housing co-operatives in the five core neighbourhoods. Over the past fifteen years this program has assisted over 110 low-income families in their dreams of being homeowners. As of December 2010, 83 families have taken over title to their homes from the housing co-ops. Quint is still working to update the NHOP in this current housing market.
