Core Neighborhoods at Work Program developed as community residents and organizations realized the growing number of adults and youth desiring to further their own education or work experience.

CNAW evolved as a natural extension to the success of community delivery of adult based education in core neighbourhood community schools. The Core Neighborhoods at Work program assists residents of the core neighborhoods who want support with career planning, accessing training opportunities or entering the labour force. The CNAW employment coordinators also establish relationships with employers in Saskatoon in order to connect participants with employment opportunities.

  • Cut down on advertising costs
  • Our program is free of charge so it will only take a phone call to alert us of what you are looking for
  • There is no obligation, so you have the ultimate decision for the best candidate
  • We are a liaison between the employer and the employee to provide support for the transition into the labour market. Our services do not end upon employment. We can provide some support to your new employee during the transition period.

Note: We are not able to guarantee an individual's success on the job. We are here to provide support and help eliminate barriers to employment, but ultimately the responsibility rests on the individual seeking employment.
